This website

The home page of this website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies; see “Visits to this website” below. This privacy page and the error page do not. Apart from the optional project form described below, the website does not ask you for any information.

Visits to this website

The home page uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which link brought you here, for example a Facebook post. It uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We have set it to anonymise IP addresses, to not use Google signals or ad personalisation, to not use user IDs, and to keep only the campaign tags from the web address (the part that says where a link came from). It does not collect your name, email or phone unless you type them into the project form. Google handles that data under its own terms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a blocker. Google Analytics is not loaded on this privacy page or on the error page.

The project form

The “Tell me about your project” form on the home page is provided by Close, our customer tool. What you type into it is sent to Close, and we keep it as lead information for up to 12 months after our last contact, or after you ask us to stop, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. The Close form may set its own cookie in your browser. Close handles that under its own terms. The home page loads the form's code from Close's servers, so Close can see the ordinary details your browser sends when it loads that page, such as your IP address, even if you never use the form. This privacy page does not load anything from Close.

If you email or call us

If you write to sales@mytireshoppro.com, or call or leave a voicemail at (650) 249-0624, we keep your message and your email address or phone number as lead information for up to 12 months after our last contact, or after you ask us to stop, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Email sales@mytireshoppro.com to stop contact, or to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

MyTireShopPro

MyTireShopPro is a separate website with its own privacy notice, which covers its forms, sign-ups and visits: https://mytireshoppro.com/contact-privacy. What it says there applies to that site, not to this one. The link to it on our home page carries a tag saying you came from this site, so that site can tell where its visitors came from; this site does not record that you followed the link.
